Would you believe it - its now working. I am sure I tried this already (fvar_ipaddress in folder and %fvar_ipaddress% in test) - but maybe I had a typo!

folder variables not working

Active RMA
I seem to be struggling with Active RMA.
Getting an initial "Connected to RMA Manager", then connection errors on the remote monitoring agent screen.
RMA Manager shows status "connected", but tests say "RMA not connected".
Please help.

I installed the 7.00 Beta but it is saying I am not licensed for that version.
The license I have is for Avagio IT Services Ltd.
Can you please check - I understood, it was good for all upgrades in a single year. Year should not terminate until Spring.

The other problem I have now is that the report (Log analyzer) contains gif images for the graphs in a sub folder which are not of course sent through with the *.htm report. My RCC no longer works over the ADSL. It works fine on the LAN. The error I get is request timed out when retrieving the tests.
