Would you believe it - its now working. I am sure I tried this already (fvar_ipaddress in folder and %fvar_ipaddress% in test) - but maybe I had a typo!

folder variables not working

I cannot get folder variables to work. I am trying initially with a basic variable - fvar_ipaddress in the folder variable field and then using %fvar_ipaddress% in a ping test. Yes - "HM is not connected"

RMA host mon paramters I believe are correct - same IP as RMA manager, and port is on open port list - in same way as remote management host config

Active RMA

I seem to be struggling with Active RMA.

Getting an initial "Connected to RMA Manager", then connection errors on the remote monitoring agent screen.

RMA Manager shows status "connected", but tests say "RMA not connected".

Please help.

License

I installed the 7.00 Beta but it is saying I am not licensed for that version.

The license I have is for Avagio IT Services Ltd.

Can you please check - I understood, it was good for all upgrades in a single year. Year should not terminate until Spring.

Thanks - that did the trick. The other problem I have now is that the report (Log analyzer) contains gif images for the graphs in a sub folder which are not of course sent through with the *.htm report. Do you have a record of purchased licenses?

For some reason my log analyser no longer picks up the license. Host mon itself is fine.

I purchased the enterprise license but cannot find the original license codes sent to me.

YEs it used to work a while a go. I know the versions have been upgraded and I may have moved the hostmon host server also in that time. Obviously it is not a NAT or authentication issue. My RCC no longer works over the ADSL. It works fine on the LAN. The error I get is request timed out when retrieving the tests.
