Active RMA

I seem to be struggling with Active RMA.

Getting an initial "Connected to RMA Manager", then connection errors on the remote monitoring agent screen.

RMA Manager shows status "connected", but tests say "RMA not connected".

Please help.

RMA Manager does not perform tests. So, it looks like RMA is connected to RMA Manager but not connected to HostMonitor. Am I right?
Do you see "HM is not connected" message (red background) on RMA's status bar?
Have you specified correct parameters for RMA -> HostMonitor connection?

Yes - "HM is not connected"

RMA host mon paramters I believe are correct - same IP as RMA manager, and port is on open port list - in same way as remote management host config

OK - sorted now - needed to accept active connections ion settings!!
