My RCC no longer works over the ADSL.
It works fine on the LAN. The error I get is request timed out when retrieving the tests. The ealrier retrievals succeed (ie reports, profiles etc)
I have tried upping the timeout to 1000s but still fails with the same error.
RCC ver 19.3
Host Mon ver 6.54
Would appreciate your help.

YEs it used to work a while a go. I know the versions have been upgraded and I may have moved the hostmon host server also in that time.
Obviously it is not a NAT or authentication issue.
DO you think it is related to the number of tests. Should I try fewer tests for testing? Any other ideas that spring to mind?

I do not think it is related to the number of tests. However, could you send all *.hml, *.lst and *.ini files from HostMonitor's folder to support@ks-soft.net?
