Icon color for bad test

Hi may be that the question is solved but I didn't found it: Is there a way to leave blue color in try icon also if a test is bad? I'm checking 5 low priority tests (action is only ->send e-mail) and I want that taskbar icon stay blue.... Red is ok for my other tests that have high priority. Regards...

Yes, backup is started once a day.
I'll setup HM as you suggested.
In case of error I must read the logfile in any case then I can also delete it...

I'm using Textlog for monitoring backup events in two w2000 wrksrt and two Winxppro workstations. NTeventlog test works fine. But I have found that if the "backup support" is not online (network share lost...) errors are not written in NTlog but are written only in backupxx.log file in doc...

...it is not a timeout problem; I increased it but when I call an RMA the replay "no answer" is really immediate.

It seems a problem reaching RMA, but all ports are opened.

When I am on the lan A (not through a VPN) with same pc it runs fine.

I do not know...

RMA is installed in network A (w2003srv std) HostMonitor - network A (w2000 wrkst) and RCC - network B (w2000 wrkst) VPN connection is established from network B to network A Connection is 2Mbps network B and 10Mbps network A, all ports opened in the tunnel.
