Trying to get the temperature reading out of the SNMP. I've got the right OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.1.700.20.1.6.1.3), but everytime I switch off of the box it adds a .0 to the end of it...which, of course, it can't find. If I hex edit the HostList file to remove the .0, it still doesn't work...BUT, if I then go back into the test and click on the "Get current value" button, it returns the correct value. So, this tells me that I have my OID right, but HostMonitor just doesn't want to use it unless it has a ".0".
H'm, you still use version 1.78??
Anyway, its easy to fix this problem. Just disable "Automatically append the single instance sub-identifier (.0)" option. Option located on Miscellaneous page in the Options dialog.
