Single CPU% for Switch?

Post by troyy0206 »

We have HP Aruba switches, some are 2 and some are 4 processors. I can monitor each CPU separately with HostMon but is there a way to get one overall CPU utilization value for the switch rather than individual tests? We have nearly 100 switches so it takes 300-400 tests total get readings on them all.

We have no idea how to monitor specific Aruba device. We played with Aruba switches a little but looks like many models do not support any SNMP counters within 14823 branch (ArubaOS) so we could not use available MIB files.

If you have some manuals and MIB files from manufacturer and you can provide details about your devices (there are different devices under the same brand), we can check how to setup such test..
