When you have a test that fails you are able to acknowledge it and leave a comment. After that test returns back to normal you lose the acknowledgement comment that you had for that test, well maybe not completely lost but it is removed from the Operation Comment in the Info pane in RCC.
Is there anyway to stop this from happening? This would allow me to keep a full history (all the comments I've left) of what has happened with the test.
Yes, this is correct behavior, acknowledging flags and fields cleared when test status changes from "bad" to "good". Not sure we should change this behavior
Full history can be retrieved from log files/ODBC table. You may use Log Analyzer to check history for specific test item.
