New MACRO %PreviousReply% please?

Hi,
%PreviousReply% seems to be missing from the macro list... I need it in a report to display the difference between Bad status reply and the reply after the work done to solve the problem, in conjunction with %PreviousStatusTime and %PreviousStatusDuration%.

Can you please add this?

I have added new task but I am not sure how this will be implemented. "PreviousReply" sounds like value should be set when Reply field is changing. While your needs demand to set variable value when Status field is changing, not Reply. Am I right?

You are right.

report would allow me to display something like this:

Status changed from %PreviousStatus% (Bad) to %Status% (Good), reply changed from %PreviousReply% (500MB) to %reply% (25 GB)
