License problem

Hi,
After instaling HostMonitor with the Enterprise license I am receiving an license error "Warrning Your license allows you to work with 10 remote monitoring agents (10 maximum) .

Correct. Enteprise license includes 10 RMA licenses.

Remote Monitoring Agent (RMA) is an auxiliary application for HostMonitor. It is included into Advanced Host Monitor package. Enterprise license for Advanced Host Monitor already includes license for 10 installations of the agent. Holders of a Lite, Standard or Professional licenses may buy an additional license for Remote Monitoring Agent separately.

I have copied directory HostMonitor4 to directory HostMonitor5. I then installed 5.3 into directory Hostmonitor5. I got an initial message saying that the license was for an older version & I needed a new license. I tried to install the license monitor key from our existing version. It would not take it. We have Advanced Host Monitor Enterprise edition + Lifetime updates - $699.
