Advanced Host Monitor package is available in several licensing options. Choose the one that best suits your needs:

What "test item" means?
Consider for example a simple situation: you need to monitor 4 parameters on 30 servers (e.g. you need to monitor
a web service, mail service, free disk space and CPU usage on each of 30 systems). You should buy the license for
a minimum: 4x30=120 test items. In this case a 200 test items license for $175 is good enough. This license allows
you to use FOR FREE future versions of the HostMonitor and HML Manager released within next 6 months.

How many licenses do you need?
The single license allows you to install HostMonitor on ONE system. However using just one instance of HostMonitor
(with one license) you may monitor as many other remote systems as you want. If you want to run (install)
HostMonitor on a number of systems then you have to buy the same number of licenses.
The same rule is applicable to any of the auxiliary tools of Advanced Host Monitor package. Example: if you want
to install HostMonitor on 1 system and start Web Service on 2 different systems, you need 1 license for
HostMonitor and 2 licenses for Web Service (the number of users that may control HostMonitor via those two Web
Services is unlimited).

What "free updates" means?
After initial purchase of any license you are eligible to update your software at no cost for 6 or 12 months.
Additionally, after free updates period expires, you will be eligible for any new releases and updates at special
low prices.

Lifetime updates!
Enterprise license is also available with "Lifetime updates" option at $1199. A holder of such license is eligible
for ALL future updates AT NO COST. Any update for every component of this software,
including additional tools and/or utilities that may be added to the Advanced Host Monitor Enterprise package in the future
will be available for you at NO COST.
For example, a holder of an Enterprise License with Lifetime Upgrades option for HostMonitor 3 is eligible for
free upgrade of the software to version 6, which has additional new components: RMA Manager,
Remote Monitoring Agents, Telnet Service, Web Service and RCC that were not present in version 3.
When the versions 7, 8... will be released, again you can upgrade your software for free.
Just in case you will need another license (e.g. for installing HostMonitor on second system) you will need to
pay for it.
Advanced Host Monitor Enterprise edition + Lifetime updates - $1199
Also, if you purchase Enterprise license with LifeTime updates option and you will need more than 10 RMA, then you
may order additional RMA licenses with LifeTime updates option as well. See information below

What if you need a tool that is not included into license scheme of your choice?
You may also purchase any set of tools separately.
The table below shows the price of each tool when it is sold separately:

If you already have a license for any version of HostMonitor and your free updates period has already expired
then you still may upgrade your software to the most current version at special low prices.
This will also extend your free updates period by another 6 or 12 month as illustrated in the table below:

Do you want to change your license (e.g. Standard to Enterprise) and update software to the most current version? Then you should make 2 orders as illustrated in the tables above.

Payment options

You can order with a credit card, PayPal, check/money order, Switch and Solo debit cards (UK only), Direct Debit (Germany only), bank/wire transfer order, or cash.
- Credit/debit cards
Payment by credit or debit card provides the fastest order processing.
We accept Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club, as well as UK debit cards Solo and Switch.
- PayPal
Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any
individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments
online. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards
and utilizes advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global,
real-time payment solution.
- Bank/Wire transfer
You may transfer the funds to one of accounts in Germany, France, UK, or Finland depending on which account is
most convenient for you. Thus, you are able to save on international wire transfer fees. Please confirm any
fees (that may arise from the transaction) with your bank so that the full amount is transferred to us.
You will receive the necessary bank account information along with the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail
after an order is submitted.
The license will be shipped once the payment has been received.
- Check
We accept personal checks and Cashier's checks from our US and Canadian customers.
Money orders are only accepted if they are in US dollar currency.
We request that customers outside of the USA and Canada send only certified bank checks such as Cashier's checks.
You will receive detailed information by e-mail after your order is processed.
The license will be shipped once the payment has been received.
- Cash
You may also send us cash by mail. As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with detailed
instructions on where to send the cash. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Purchase order (PO)
Business customers may place a purchase order (PO) via customer service department (see information below).
POs should be printed directly from your accounting system on a company letterhead.
Private customers are not eligible for this type of order.

You may order Advanced Host Monitor right away using a secure online server
(this is a secure web site which encrypts all transmitted credit card information according to secure HTTP protocol).
Your credit card and payment information will be sent directly to the credit card processor via a secure (SSL)
channel so that no one can intercept your personal data.
Encryption is certified by VeriSign.
Online order processing may be used with any of the listed payment methods. If you choose a bank check, cash,
or wire transfer as payment method, you will receive detailed information by e-mail after your order is processed.
Order forms are available in six languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

Refund Policy

Advanced Host Monitor comes with a 30 days trial period. During these 30 days registration is not required.
Trial version of Advanced Host Monitor is fully functional. We consider that as a big advantage that allows
you to take a wise and motivated decision on purchasing our product; thus after registration we can't get "back".
Our policy is not to offer refunds once you have purchased the software.
