License limit to Enterprise Unlimited Version

Hello,

although we have registrate our product to Enterprise Unlimited Version (20000000 test) we cannot connect with more than 10 agents. What is the problem?

When you open HM and go to HELP ---> LICENCE

Does it show the correct regisitration NAME, & LICENCE NUMBER?

Frank I mis-read your message. The Enterprise Version of HM only includes 10 Remote Monitoring Agents. See: http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/regmon.htm

You will have to purchace additional Licences in sets of 10 they are $80 per 10 Licences. Refer to the link above for ordering information.
