Hi,

Looking at it, I don't think the file is damaged in any way. I think its the timeout as you said if it can load in the main HM software then it must work and it does.

The users - Operators have access to all HML files. Thats the issue now :)

Further update. When the RCC logs in all the section report as "OK", Retrieving palettes...OK Retrieving Reports.... OK Retrieving user profiles.... Error: Error: HostMonitor response: No Rights. < Unsure on this error Increasing the timeout to 30 seconds seemed to help access? Maybe the t...

HM disappering and no minimising to tray

Hi, We have a older version of HM (6.54) which works no problems except when you minimise the software it disappears. You can't get it back but it is still running. The net result can be 5 or 6 copies of it running!

Is there a setting - reg edit to fix it? :(
