I found out what was holding it back...well it was a couple things. Firstly, our clients firewall was blocking the ports hostmon uses. Firstly, thanks for the fast response. Okay so I'm using the RMA Manager. I have many other RMA agents at other client sites and I've set this latest agent up exactly the same as all the rest but its not working. Any other ideas as to what could be happening?
