Re: After upgrade, Service test for Windows Defender fails
Yes, it would be useful to see test settings because its not your mistake and looks like its not HostMonitor error. There is some Windows problem - "Timed out" means Windows API hungs and does not return any result to HostMonitor so HostMonitor has to kill thread after 15 min. This may lea...

Re: After upgrade, Service test for Windows Defender fails
I do not agree. My questions is relevant. We don't know what test options do you use, we don't know what version of the software you used before update, we don't know what exactly error was set (Timeout or Timed out - as I said these are different errors, indicating different problems). We know noth...

Re: After upgrade, Service test for Windows Defender fails
You did not answer any of my questions and did not provide screen shots. I still think this issue has nothing to do with HostMonitor update (unless previous version was not 14.96 but some much older) Did disabled or acknowledged tests convert back to being as part of the update to version 15, perhap...

Re: After upgrade, Service test for Windows Defender fails
We did not change Service test for years. What version have you used before update? Test settings? (there are different modes and test works in different way depending on settings) What exactly message do you see in Reply field? Timeout? "Timed out"? That's different errors. May be you set...

Re: Invalid expression: ConditionEval
1) usually in such expressions you should use %SuggestedReply%, %SuggestedStatus% variables, not %Reply% or %Status% because IMPORTANT note: HostMonitor checks logical expressions after test check is done and "reverse alert" option is processed. I.e. - HostMonitor performs the test; - proc...

Re: Dell iDRAC monitoring
PS Beside IPMI related tests (implemented in version 12) we plan to implement test methods based on Redfish protocol, these tests should be compatible with modern Dell servers as well. We created test application that may retrieve various information using Redfish protocol. Would you like to try it,...

Re: HPE iLO6 monitoring
We plan to implement 6 new Redfish related tests, these tests should be compatible with iLO6 as well.
We created test application that may retrieve various information using Redfish protocol.
Would you like to try it, check if it works with your systems? Please contact as by e-mail

Re: Single CPU% for Switch?
We have no idea how to monitor specific Aruba device. We played with Aruba switches a little but looks like many models do not support any SNMP counters within 14823 branch (ArubaOS) so we could not use available MIB files. If you have some manuals and MIB files from manufacturer and you can provide...

Re: Database insert issue
Yes, I think you changed date format somehow. May be you changed regional settings for account used by HostMonitor. May be you changed account used by HostMonitor process (logged on as different user with different regional settings). May be account used by HostMonitor service was locked/disabled so...

Re: X64 RMA on Mint - continued
Not exactly. Evaluation (non licensed) version allows to work with all components: RMA, RCC, Web Service, etc. But if you are using license that does not include some options (like RMA or Web Service), then yes, you cannot use these options. I also get the same 'no rights' error msgs in the RMA_Mana...
