Well, just install Ethereal software (Windows OS), and u'll be able to load and analyze this dump.
Ok. As I see connection was closed by system where HostMonitor is installed (195.206.50.193, right?). HostMonitor may close connection to the agent in case of timeout but in your case connection was closed within 0.2 milisecond.
It looks like you have installed some personal firewall or antivirus monitor that closes connections....
