I've found workaround, finally!
I've imported user certificate into user account store, which pointed in options located on Service page in HostMonitor Options dialog and set option UseLocalCertStore=0 in hostmon.ini. Also I've logged in under this account and create test rule. After that test works perfectly when hostmon runs as service. And does not work, when I'm run hostmon as application under my account :)

P.S. Unforutrunately it does not help :( - the test works only when monitoring user have been logged in to the server! After user logoff test fails again :(

If it works on one system, does not work on another and Windows clearly indicated "access denied" error, why you are so sure there is bug in our code?
Could you please send your certificate to support@ks-soft.net and tell us what URL should we use for testing?

I'm can't send you certificate, because this site allow incoming connections from my servers only.
If I point for service to start under local service account URL monitoring works perfectly, but does not work CPU monitoring. I suppose, that here we have UAC problem - any user account, that try to impersonate by your service does not have access to local computer store. Or another suggestion - URL check using mechanizm, like IE - if I'm install user certificate to Computer Certificate store, I'm unable open web site, which require user certficate, because IE try to find matching certificate in User certificate store only.
