SLA Report Generation

Post by jromariz »

Hi,

I´m trying to generate an SLA Report of a folder. The report is been generated but with no data in it. The tests and graphs are there but no data is presented (0.00%).

Any ideas?

Thanks for helping.

Quote from the manual
===================
"Test list properties" window provides information about loaded HML file and allows you to enable or disable "Store historical data in the file" option.
...
"Store historical data in the file" option tells HostMonitor to collect additional statistical information for each test item. If option is enabled HostMonitor will calculate statistics for last 48 hours, last 60 days, last 24 months, and so on. With this option enabled you will be able to get historical charts for each test item without using Log Analyzer or Log Visualizer, setup HostMonitor to generate SLA reports, etc.
===================

Do you have this option enabled?

As I see everything works fine.
HostMonitor generates "SLA" report, creates charts, calculates min/max/average reply, etc.

Alex,

The problem is the report keeps generating empty pages. Now it´s not generating even the empty graphics.

Any idea?

Alex,

The problem was related to timezone difference between RCC and hostmon machines and the type of test that was not selected on the report.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Jromariz.
