There should not be any Options button. You may use Options menu item.

Do you mean, you do not see "Options" menu at all? Or do you see the error: "HostMonitor response: No rights"?
Have you logged in successfully? What messages do you see on the Log tab of Remote Control console window? Have you configured user's account properly? http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... #operators
Please, verify the "change options" operation is assigned to the user, you are trying to log in.

Hm. Do not you see the Options menu item in menu bar or you are unable to invoke Options window?

Could you send the screen-shot to support@ks-soft.net

Thank you, I received the screen-shot. So, I suppose, this operator has access to specific folder only, not to Root, right ("Home folder" options in "User profiles" window)? Only operators, who has access to the "All folders in any HML list" or to the "Root" folder can change options. It's made by design.

Nadir,
"I do not see menu at all" and "menu is disabled" - different things, don't you think?

Alex
