RMA configuration
Hello I would like to configure a remote RMA to continue run its tests while the communication link to the hostmonitor is failed. At that time the RMA will store the results and the events log and will forward the information to the hostmonitor while the communication link is well again.Regards Momo...

I prefer to use remote desktop and not RCC.
RCC does not support view statistics.
But any way the problem was resolved.

You are right because of a mistake there are two instances of Hostmonitor.
I think that the reason is that
Sometimes Hostmonitor system tray icon service disappeared and the operator try to run Hostmonitor from the desktop.

I used to log test change using mode:
"write a record when test status changes + midnight login (Midnight)"
Every night a record is written to the log file except to the month's first midnight (such as 1-july-2007).

After an Hostmonitor upgrade i lost a property "Treat Unknown status as Bad" from the tests.

Could not see system tray icon
I have the same problem.
When I use local system account i see the icon on the system tray,
But if I use "this acount" on the service logon I can not see the icon.
The account is belong to administrators accounts.
Please help.

anonymous user problem
Alex,
I think i found the problem.
IIS anonymous user had a login problem.
First i add user authetication to HTTP test and it beging to get "good" status.
So i fixed the anonymos access and from now i will use HTTP test and not URL test.
