Folder size via RMA

Post by gdvl »

Hi,

I try to get the "folder/file size" of an UNC path via RMA and I get the following error: "RMA - 301 : Folder/File doesn't exist"

Other tests (file count, check UNC, ...) via the same RMA with same UNC path have no problems.
I'm sure the time-out setting isn't the problem and that the RMA-account has access to the UNC (check UNC test works !)

Any ideas ?

Regards,
Gert

Just tested HM 4.07 and RMA 1.06 on Windows 2000, works fine. What versions of the products do you use? HM? RMA? Windows?

Could you please send test parameters to support@ks-soft.net? Just export test into text file.

I did some more "file/folder size" tests via RMA:

It's only a problem if the UNC path is \\server\share (without a ending folder or file). If the UNC is \\server\share\folder or \\server\share\file , there is no problem.

Alex, I will send you the tests.

Gert
