RMA Upgrade not working?

Hello,

We have updated our Hostmonitor to the latest version 14.54 and then wanted to update the active remote agents as usual, but this did not work.

RMA Manager > Upgrade Remote Agent -> rma_active.exe with timestamp from 17.05.2024 > replace.
Here is an example for 3 customers.



No errors to be seen but the version unfortunately remains the old 8.10
Manually transferring and replacing the files works perfectly. Then the version is 8.22
The RMA bug has been fixed. Maybe others have the same problem?

Active RMA for Windows version 8.00 - 8.20: remote update by RMA Manager could fail. Fixed

Yes, there was bug in Active RMA agent
Fixed in version 14.54 (Active RMA 8.22)

But old RMA with bug cannot update itself. Sorry
