Unicode Textlog support

Hello,
i want to monitor logfiles of SQL Server which are using unicode encoding
how i can monitor this files and searching for strings?

There are Text Log and Compare Files tests

1st check NEW records

2nd checks entire file

i was looking for a separate entry in dropdown box.
I got it working with UTF-16
