illegal registration codes

Post by georgyiii »

Hi!
We buy Advanced license then install program and enter registration code in program (Advanced Host Monitor ver. 11.98)
But unfortunately action profile which add record to an SQL server (SQL Query) does not work. In system log we can see error: “Action "SQL Query" cannot be performed. Unexpected error: illegal registration codes
All other works fine.
How we can fix it?

Usually ODBC drivers from Oracle has many many bugs and lead to various problems...

Could you please send your config files and provide structure of the database (table)?
Also, please provide your registration name and/or order number (if you will send e-mail using different mailbox, not registered in our system)

Regards

We found the reason of the problem - config files damaged because you used illegal registration codes.
Now you need to make clean installation, register HostMonitor using valid registration codes, setup necessary profiles (SNMP profiles, Color palettes, Schedules, Alert profiles, etc), create new tests...
