I'm posting this here, instead of in Bug Reports, because I don't know if it is a bug or something we're doing wrong.
We upgraded to Hostmonitor 11.18c (beta), without issues (the new tests are working nicely!). After the upgrade, we rebooted the server (like we usually do), but could not log in anymore.
- Hostmonitor runs on Windows 2012.
It turns out that every time we shutdown the hostmonitor service, our users.lst is being reduced significantly in size (from 265k to 65k), eleminating most (but not all) users.
If we stop the service, restore the list from backup, start the service, everything works again, until the next stop/reboot/etc...
Can you offer any assistance in this matter?
