After the latest update, we noticed after a couple of weeks that nothing seemed to be working. after investigating it appears that all test stopped after the last update. the log files have not been updated since then, when generating a new test (ping) just get a "?" mark.

Also noticed that the icon in the system tray is no longer moving like it did when it was working it is just sitting there.

tried to do a refresh on single test goup of test and all test. restarted, removed AV restarted again, stopped the service and just started it as a program, tried restartging service, deleted some of the larger log files (GB's) nothing seems to make a difference..

Downloaded from different site and installed again, nothing will make it work.

Looks like you or your colleague stopped monitoring. Click Start button to resume monitoring.

Also, you may check startup options (Options dialog -> Startup -> Monitoring: start after loading)
Plus you may check who stopped monitoring (if user operations log enabled)
