make macro for "URL" & "HTTP" tests

Hi Alex,

I have a small request:
I use in e-mails one template for all test methods.
This template contains the specific variable %HttpPage%.
However, this field isn't hidden for non http or url tests.
The value "%HttpPage%" is displayed as text.
This appears in the message, then strange.

The other http fields %HostURL%, %HttpCode% and %HttpHeader% does not have the pänomen.
The values of these variables are hidden if they are empty.

Ok, there is update for you www.ks-soft.net/download/hm932b.zip
Unzip the file and replace hostmon.exe module
