I need to type-in "some text" into specific test-items. Those items could be attached to the test it self.. of a folder where a group of tests is in session. Let me go further here: If I need to save Logon-information to a server (ie. username/password).. or if I need to save contact information to the customer server etc. etc. Extended informatin could be: Basis information could be valid for a range of tests (ie. customer information, addr. etc.) As I told you before.. we're skipping Whatsup (and Tivoli & OpenView), so I'll need a place to store those informations! Plz!

As I understand you need something like "Comment" field for group of tests? In version 4.0 folders will support "Comment" field as well. Or you need something else?

Yes... a comments field would be nice! Allthough comments could be based on specific tests- or global for a complete folder with many tests!
