Mail Relay Test with MAPI

Hi,

I would like to use the Mail Relay test with Exchange MAPI.
Unfortunately I can't enable Pop3 or IMAP on some of our servers.

Do you think there is a possiblity to implement this?
Or maybe you have any other idea (script)?

Sorry, I do not see any useful option for now.
Script that will send e-mail to one server and check for this mail on another server just like Mail Relay test. H'm, its complicated
