If running Hostmon as an application, then everything is OK
If running as a service, then there is the problem
SLA Report Generation
What time interval have you selected for the report? When report is generated? E.g. if you generate reports at 00:05 using "today" time interval, charts will be empty.

When HostMonitor is running as application, do you generate reports manually? or reports generated automatically at the same time as service did? the same destination for target file?
Do you stop service when start application or you are running both instances at the same time?
