Connection Manager?

Post by tvanscot »

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did search but could not find the information.

I want to run a WMI test on 100 different remote servers, all of them are on the same domain. How do I setup connection manager so that I don't have to enter a username and password for each server?

Thank you.

Quote from the manual
===============
Please note: You may provide "default" account that will be used by HostMonitor for every resource not included in the list. To do so, type * as resource name. Then you may provide name of the server/domain or type * instead of server name. In 1st case HostMonitor will send authentication information to the specified server; in 2nd case (unc=* and sever=*) HostMonitor will connect to the server that was specified as test parameter.
