Compare numeric result, i haev many scripts that the final result is a number & i wish to compare it to a value that i will give & based on the answer biger or smaller i will send an alert

Not sure I understand. What test method you are talking about? Text Log? Shell Script? Active Script?
If you are using some scripts, I think you are using Shell Script or Active Script test method. These methods allows you to check any numbers you need inside script and return status and reply value to HostMonitor.
