I've asked these questions back in 3 or 4 releases and was told that it would be in the wishlist and implimented in the the future. I was just wondering with the current version, are these info retrievable:
1. Event downtime: how can I find out how long each downtime or event lasted? Is there a way to list when and how long each downtime is?
2. Is there a way to measure the uptime for the whole month via history or somekind of managment report? My company asked me to give them a management report for each month as to what the customers' % uptime are.

Downtime Duration & % Uptime
Each downtime? If some test failed and came back to live many times, you want to see information about each failure in the report? Sorry, reports cannot show such information.1. You may check the log but it will show time of the events, not duration.

Or you may setup HostMonitor to reset statistics every 1st day of the month and use standard reports to show Alive% and/or Alive Time fields
