Hi !
On some test methods the option "Treat Unknown status as Bad" is selected but greyed out - e.g. on test method "File/Folder Availability"
On others it can be checked or unchecked - e.g. on test method "Folder/File Size".
Is there any particular reason for this or could it be changed so that this option could always be checked/unchecked ?

Trouble is that when the test is performed by an RMA and the connection to the agent fails for whatever reason the test does in fact get status Unknown and when it is then treated as Bad it triggers the alert profile.
