Could you telle me how to get values from MIB for CPU utilisation?

It depends on what device you want to monitor. E.g. CISCO routers use following counters:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.56.0 - evarage load for 5 sec
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.57.0 - evarage load for 1 min
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0 - evarage load for 5 min
