RCI and Web Service

Post by scharity »

HI,

I'm trying to configure the Web Service functionality, but can't see how to add more authorised IP addresses within the 'User Profile' window for the designated user (or from anywhere else come to that!) so that I can get remote access. What am I missing?

Thanks

Use Insert key.
You should add address of the Web Service into the list

HI Alex,

This is what's confusing me.! On the User profiles window there isn't an 'Insert' key. Could it be a licensing issue?

We have an Enterprise license and checking the license details from the Help menu item, it all looks fine.

Thanks

Boy do I feel foolish. I gues the 'KEY' bit should have given it away. There was me looking for an 'Insert' button on all of the forms. D'oh!

Sorry to waste your time!

It is a bloody brilliant product by the way! :D
