Allow service to interact with desktop???

I have HostMonitor 4.42 w/ lifetime upgrades!

Q. What is the importance of the 'Allow service to interact with desktop' option in the RMA Service on Windows 2000???

Importance - none.
RMA does not provide user interface in service mode.
