custom port for SNMP

I tried to retrieve an snmp agent under a different port. <ip-address>:<port> doesn't work

Current version works only with standard SNMP port (#161).
I think port selection option will be implemented in next version

Unofficial update available at www.ks-soft.net/download/hm447d.zip
Now you may specify address of the agent and port (optionally).
E.g.
127.0.0.1:165
web.domain.com:161
localhost
