Access denied on server

Hello i am using hostmon on 2 computers as an aplication on both of them so i am using a pop3 test from serverA to serverB and i configured an action when this test fails so that serverA could restart serverB (REMOTE REBOOT) but on my syslog file i get an error message <<action faild could not restart serverB / Access denied>> pls tell me what i am doing wrong both computers are running winxp pro eng and i have administrative rights on both of them also. i guess non of the actions wont work remotle but i havent tried all of them yet. thank u in advance KotAbarmot!!!!

It is what it says it is: Access denied.

First you should turn on security logging on the machines, to find out if the account that is trying to reboot the system is actually the one *you* think is performing the action.

Everything is working perfectly now but i fixed it by changing the local security settings on the remote computer. U have to configure it to accept remote shutdown request not only from its local admin but from everyone in my case the second server thanks
