Compare files in 2 folder

Hi,

I would like to compare if there are equal files into two folders.
If not, I run a script that copy the first folder to the second.I can't find how to do that with HM

Can you help me? :)

I am afraid HostMonitor cannot do that :-(
You need to use some external script/application
