Get Status-Message on start of duty

Post by JuergenF »

Is there a possibility to get a message of all "Bad" tests on a specific time ?

Responsibility starts in the morning at 6:00. I don't want to get an EMail for each up and down during the night, but would like to have a mail for each test down at 6:00.

Is that possible ?

Create report to show disabled tests then schedule it

Create a report to show only disabled tests. Then configure that report to be emailed to yourself via the Schedule button in the Options Menu.

I currently do something like this to email our entire group a list of disabled tests in the afternoon so we can ensure all tests are enabled before we leave for the day. We also have reports regularly scheduled to be saved to our intranet as well. It works great and we can see exactly what is going on and can control access to the reports outside of Hostmonitor.
