Most problems which require new versions are not problems, but extra requested functionality. It is this great support, which you wil find nowhere else!From what I have seen on these forums new version to fix people's problems is not a rare thing.
RMA connection issues --New User on Eval--
We tested HostMonitor and RMA on XP systems and many customers use software on XP systems. Must be something exceptional...Well sort of, though changing the port number did not fix it if hostmon was installed on the XP machine.
We provide support by e-mail (support@ks-soft.net) and through these forums, e-mails have higher priority. Of course we are trying to fix problems as soon as possible (often we can offer fix within several days) but sometimes we cannot fix the problem. E.g. its hard to fix problem that cannot be reproduced.1. If I buy your product I would most likely be looking at an enterprise license with the ongoing versions option. However I want to know if there is any official support included or if it is on an informal basis through these forums.
What about these2. Do you know any good recources for learning about SNMP as I have never realy used it.
