All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
I've made a change on my email alerts, so that the subject went from '5T Critical' and '1T Critical' (after one consecutive bad, and five consecutive bad tests) to a more simpler "System - Down" and "System - Up" type of system. However, I'm still receiving mostly 5T Critical emails. If I check the alert being called (I only have two being activly called), it is indeed the one titled 5T Critical with the subject line reading System - Down. I have tried shutting down and restarting the monitor, with no results.
Not sure I understand the problem. You have changed subject for the e-mail action but you still receiving mails with old subject line (that doesn't exist) anymore???
May be you have started several instances of HostMonitor? E.g. you have changed settings for application but another instance still running in service mode and doesn't know about these changes?
You were in fact right. I don't run it in service mode, yet in the task manager it was in fact running twice. I stoped both processes, and restarted the software and things have been going solid for just under a day. So all of our problems are now solved.
