Hi,
I activated an RMA some days ago, but I can't make HostMonitor to test through any of them. In fact, the "Test By" button is always dimmed.
I know the RMA are active, since I can see/test them on the RMA Manager.
I guess I'm doing something wrong. Maybe I've got the wrong license?
The RMA is located on a separated network.

It looks like you do not have license that allows to work with RMA. Only Enterprise license includes 10 licenses for RMA. However you may buy licenses for RMA separately. http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/regmon.htm#tools

I had activated the wrong license
I see. I just revisited the registration keys and it appears I had applied the wrong one. My current instalation corresponds to a machine migration of one out of two HostMonitor sites we have. Now I understand that only one of them has RMA licenses attached.
The old machine worked fine with the RMA, so I guess I picked the wrong key when I did the migration some weeks ago. Now I changed keys, applying the longer one.
