opening historical data from microsoft access odbc

Post by abertron »

I currently have my advanced logging set to point to a microsoft access odbc. I need to know of a successful way to export this data from the Access database into a format that the log analyzer will be able to read.

I have tried exporting the data from the Access database into a tab delimited text file, but the log analyzer will not read the data. The log analyzer comes up blank. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Tony

Log Analyzer can work with tab delimited text file. File must have following fields:
- date&time
- empty field (unless record is message for "system log")
- test name
- test status
- reply
- comment

If you need example of the file, setup HostMointor to produce text log file, click Refresh button on tool bar and you will have an example.
