Not sure if I did something wrong but I updated our RMAs to 1.12 yesterday, using the RMA Manager. On the Win2K boxes -- most of our boxes are Win2K -- everything went fine.
However, on our 4 NT boxes, the Init went OK, the file transfer went OK, but the actual upgrade failed and left the RMA service in a STOPPED state.
When I logged in to these boxes, I was able to manually copy over the RMA.exe file and restart the RMA service via rma_cfg. (Actually, the new RMA.exe was already there but had not yet been renamed to RMA.exe. The .bat files you create as part of the upgrade process were also still hanging around.)
This is no big deal because we have very few NT boxes left and I was able to apply the upgrade manually but I thought you should be aware.
