secure pop3 is not working

secure pop3 is not working

I have a mail server running pop3 (It's Lotus Notes email).
It's secure pop3, which I think means it requires SSL.
Anyway, I setup a pop3 test for the server and port 995.
I setup a valid login and password.
Problem- It checks and after the timeout period (30 seconds or 60 seconds) the status is "No answer".

Does the test know to use SSL because of the port?
Or do you need to add that as a feature?

Sorry, POP3 test does not support SSL.
I hope it will be implemented in future
