Unable to Configure Email Alert

I have KS-Host Monitor v3.70 running!
Its great but I am having some dificulties in configuring
our email alert system.

\\Servername is Windows 2000 ADV + SP4
This machines \\servername is set as an Exchange Relay.
Mailer Setttings set to Exchange Server IP
Port 25
No Login or Password

Then this error occurs..

[10/09/2003 13:50:10] Connecting to Exchange Server IP (SMTP) ...
[10/09/2003 13:50:13] Open Error #11001 (500 Host not found (Winsock error #11001))

[10/09/2003 13:50:13] Trying to use backup SMTP server..

[10/09/2003 13:50:13] Connecting to Exchange Server IP(SMTP) ...
[10/09/2003 13:50:18] Open Error #11001 (500 Host not found (Winsock error #11001))
Error: Cannot send e-mail to bloggs@blogss.com

[10/09/2003 13:50:25] Connecting to Exchange Server IP (SMTP) ...
[10/09/2003 13:50:25] Open Error #426 (426 Operation aborted.)
Error: Cannot send e-mail to bloggs@blogss.com

I don't know how to fix this ..

You cannot use UNC path (\\Servername) as address of the SMTP server. Please provide domain name (e.g. server.domain.com) or IP address (e.g. 192.222.1.1). Sometimes you may use host name (e.g. servername), you may use it when HostMonitor and server located in the same network and both are running on Windows NT/2000/XP
