Bar scale/color display only covers 0-100%.
Actual maximum value can be 100% x #cores

Wish: bar-scale/color relative to maximum value...

That's tricky one. We want to use the same scale for all test items within group while some tests can be performed on systems with 1 CPU core, others on system with 8 cores..
We made some modification: Web Service may set maximum value to 100%, 200%, 300% (and so on) depending on threshold set for the tests, e.g. if you set 120%, 150%, 250% threshold values, interface will use 200% as max value.
