Grant user for using webserver

Hello,

i grant a user to using RCC Client without any issues. But it issn't possible to use webservice. Cridentials may fail.

Which permissions are required for using webservices?

I found the reason: i need to allow access from 127.0.0.1 in operator permissions.

Correct (if WebService is running on local system)
