URL monitor HTTPS No answer

I am trying to setup a URL monitor to test that the site : https://henrico.us:443/ is up. All I get back is a No answer. I have all four HTTPS advanced options checked. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Add sslProtocols=2720 into [Misc] section of hostmon.ini and restart HostMonitor
